A wife, a mother of 7, 5 girls & 2 boys, an international speaker, hormone expert, successful entrepreneur, gifted teacher & trainer. But, she didn't start out that way.
Let's go back to the beginning…
When my doctor said I needed a hysterectomy to resolve menopausal symptoms, I instinctively knew there had to be a better way. My quest to find that solution, has led me to become a very passionate advocate for natural solutions to women's health challenges.
The book that started it all
I devoured this book. I was starving for truth and Dr. Lee delivered. I just loved the way he made hormones simple and understandable. But, it was also well-researched and proven. But, I needed more... MUCH more!
I was both shocked and encouraged that this expert confirmed my belief!

The meeting that had to happen and changed my life
Gerry & I flew to Florida to attend a LIVE event where Dr. Lee spoke. I just had to meet him and hear more.
I insisted that I be able to just listen as he answered questions while signing books at the end. For more than 2 hours, they asked & he answered.
It was like hormone school on full blast. I was like a kid in a candy store and I absorbed everything!!!
What Dr. Lee said next, rocked my world... and altered my destiny!
After that seminar ended, Dr. Lee took me aside. He looked in my eyes and said, "You should do this. You should help me share this message with women everywhere."
It resonated deep within my spirit, but I wasn't a doctor, or medical professional. How could I make a difference?
Dr. Lee's encouragement and then his mentorship gave me the extra motivation and confidence I needed to chart my new course..
NEVER LOOK BACK!!!
From that moment until now, I have been on a mission to share the good news that women can be healthy and in balance at every stage in their lives.
Dr. Lee challenged me to get out of my comfort zone and become more than a teacher... to become an advocate and a leader in the area of women's health.

Now, I can share this message with the world with relative ease. All I need is a device and an internet connection and I can make a difference.
